  • your name, address, phone

  • dates of your choice

  • how many people

We will then send you details on price and payment. If you confirm these details, the house is reserved for you.

     General Conditions

Weekend starts friday afternoon at 1600h until monday  1000h.

Midweek starts monday 1600h until friday 1000h.

Week you can determine yourself as far as availability permits: eg. saturday to saturday.

If these periods are not convenient for you, contact us, depending on availability, we can probably help you anyway.

 

Prices include reservation costs, heating, electricity, water en toerist tax.

Energy usage should be normal. If excessive energy usage is determined, we can calculate an additional cost.

Rental proces can be changed by us at all times, for new reservations only.
Cleaning is 30,-€

Guarantee is 150,-€.
This guarantee is ment to cover damages by the customer.
The guarantee should be paid together with reservation.
The guarantee will be transferred back to your account, two weeks after your departure, at the latest.

Bed: All sheets and pillows, blankets, ... are included in the price, you don't have to bring anything.

Wash You should bring towels for the bathroom, towels for the kitchen, cleaning stuff for the kitchen.

 

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not a problem, as long is you do it outside.... We like to keep the house itself non-smoking.
