General Conditions and house rules

Weekend starts friday afternoon at 1500h until monday  1100h.

Midweek starts monday 1500h until friday 1100h.

Week you can determine yourself as far as availability permits: eg. saturday to saturday.

If these periods are not convenient for you, contact us, depending on availability, we can probably help you anyway.

Prices include reservation costs, heating, electricity, water en toerist tax.

Energy usage should be normal. If excessive energy usage is determined, we can calculate an additional cost.

Rental proces can be changed by us at all times, for new reservations only.
Cleaning is 30,-€.

Guarantee is 150,-€.
This guarantee is ment to cover damages by the customer.
The guarantee should be paid together with reservation.
The guarantee will be transferred back to your account, two weeks after your departure, at the latest.

Bed: All sheets and pillows, blankets, ... are included in the price, you don't have to bring anything.

Arrival and departure times are set. If you need deviations let us know. No arrivals after 2200h.

Leaving the house : The house should be returned undamaged, clean ( especially the kitchen ). The kitchen inventory should be complete. The refrigerator should be empty, clean, turned of, with the door open. The dishwasher should be empty and clean.

Cancelling your reservation:  

• cancelling three months before arrival : 10% of the price will be payable
• cancelling 6 weeks before arrival : 50 % of the price will be payable
• cancelling 1 week before arrival : 75 % of the price will be payable
• cancelling days before arrival : 100% of the price will be payable

No subrenting allowed !

Accommodations for children. Let us know what you might need.

More people stay in the house than agreed. is not allowed and can result in early termination of the rent, without refund.

Parking: Lots of parking space available.

Pets: not allowed.

Owner responsibility:  the owner of the house is not responsible for damage, loss, theft of objects owned by the customer.

Mistakes in publications are not binding for the owner.

Customer responsibility : any damage.

Stop the rent. The owner has the right to evict the customer from the house, when grave, untolerable behaviour is determined by the owner. No refunds. Grave damage, disturbances during the night, ... you know what we mean.

Don't be alarmed by all these conditions. These are only intended to protect us against customers that have no respect at all. We only had great customers so far, and everything went perfectly smooth.
